Driven by a profound passion to empower young Australians, Linkers Finance was born out of a desire to make dreams achievable—be it owning a home, driving the perfect car, or starting a business.

This vision sprang from a deeply personal place: the dream of independence and the aspiration to build a legacy robust enough to gift their hardworking migrant parents—a couple who spent countless nights toiling in laborious jobs—the retirement they deserved.

This journey isn’t just about finance; it’s about turning hard-won dreams into reality.

Challenge

As a small but dedicated team of two accredited brokers, Linkers faced formidable challenges.

Expanding their client base, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and forging new partnerships with accountants and buyers’ agents were critical yet daunting tasks.

Their entire sales and marketing funnel showed gaps—from initiation to closure.

The often invisible and time-consuming backend administration and preparation of loan applications consumed their days and nights. Faced with a pivotal decision, they needed to either onboard and train new talent or attempt to wear all hats themselves—a strategy that quickly proved unsustainable.

Findings

We VIBE differently; when Linkers expressed interest in partnering with us, our first step was to develop a tailored expansion strategy, rooted in a thorough analysis of the core challenges faced by Aussie mortgage brokers.

The crux of the issue? Scaling up as a broker and building your portfolio hinges on a steady influx of leads and minimising backend tasks.

By streamlining these processes, brokers can more effectively qualify prospects during initial meetings, saving time for both parties and boosting the likelihood of successfully processing loans.

Defining MQLs - Building Customer Personas

The first step was defining our target audience. Explicitly, we broke down it a step further and built out 4 different customer persons that fit best for Linkers Finance. These were based on demographics, behaviour, interest and geographics. 

These were used as a metrics to define leads as marketing qualified leads (MQLs) {Pre-Qualified Leads}. 

From here, VIBE starts their strategy session where they map out the best solution to attract these
